Returns & Exchanges Policy

You may exchange or return it for a refund within 14 days from shipping from our warehouse (excluding shipping and handling charges).

All returns are subject to inspection. All purchases, security tags (if provided), and packing materials must be in new condition to avoid refusal of the returned merchandise.

Instructions for the Returns

Place the original package into a shipping carton.

Include the invoice and the reason for the return. If defective, specify the defect.

Do not place stickers or shipping labels on the original manufacturer’s package.

The order number must be written clearly on the shipping carton to prevent refusal.

Return Eligibility

All returned or exchanged items must be:

  • Returned within 14 Days.
  • In new condition.
  • In their original packaging.
  • Must include all packing material, blank warranty cards, manuals, and accessories.

Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.

We reserve the right to refuse any return if there are:

  • Any signs of wear.
  • Parts of the item are missing.

If there are any noticeable discrepancies or damages when receiving your purchase, or if the wrong item was delivered, contact us within 7 days of the shipping date to avoid any refusal at info@kawnwear.com.

Once the return is inspected and accepted, the refund will be issued. It may take up to 7 business days to process the transfer and the funds to settle.

Return Fee for Initial Shipping Costs

All returns will have the initial cost of shipping from Fashion Follie to the customer deducted from the return.

Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order, you may do so by writing to us on WhatsApp at +971543125240 during working hours and within one hour of having placed it.

If you paid by credit card or debit card, and you have cancelled in accordance with this clause then we will reverse the authorization or process a refund transaction (as the case may be) as soon as possible but we are not responsible for how long this will take to be reflected on your account as this is dependent on bank processing procedures.

Please note that we cannot accept cancellations outside of the specified periods as the order will have been processed and can only then be cancelled through our returns/refunds process as mentioned above.

Refunds will be done only through the original mode of payment.
